Understand your child or teen's brain and emotions
This is a reflective space designed to help you lay the foundations for your child’s lifelong emotional wellbeing and mental health. Through short, practical modules, you’ll explore:
- How to have fun together
- Their behaviour and feelings, including self-regulation and anger
- How our brains and experiences shape the way we express ourselves, connect, and respond as adults.
Use our free access code HERITAGE to complete the online module.
